Event Description
The clean-up will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., focusing on the Kanawha City area, among others, and inviting volunteers to take part in a coordinated effort to clean and beautify neighborhoods.
Clean-up supplies, t-shirts, snacks, and water will be provided at the designated supply pickup locations:
- Kanawha City Piggly Wiggly Parking Lot (5003 MacCorkle Ave SE)
- George Washington High School
Participants who have litter pickers or gloves from previous events are encouraged to bring them, as supplies are limited.
Individuals and groups are encouraged to register in advance by completing the online form, which includes the required Volunteer Waiver and Release. Paper forms will also be available at supply pickup locations on the day of the event.
Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
